Beautiful, but way too long

The inseam measurement is totally off. It says that these harem pants have a 27 inch inseam, which would be perfect for me. The inseam is much longer than 27 inches. They are beautiful, so I am hoping to find out if there is a way to shorten them. Otherwise, I will have to return them. FYI, I am 5 ft 1inch tall.
